At Umega we do our best to make our properties eco properties. Eco-properties are where we make some simple and inexpensive changes to our lets to make them environmental lets. Living in a green property has become an important consideration for many people given the issues surrounding our environment and global warming.

Living in eco properties helps tenants (and landlords) save money by shaving money off their electricity and heating bills and increasing the value of eco properties in the long run. Umega understands that we have a responsibility to do what we can do improve eco properties credentials and make our environmental lets greener to help reduce the negative impact that Umega and our customers have on the environment.

Our green property package is not compulsory but at no extra cost our tenants can opt in for an environmental let that will end up saving them money without them significantly changing any of their behaviour. Most tenants of our eco properties will not even notice the difference.
